if we use the second one, we must prepare a budget of ard 25. it'll be ard 20 for the first. and prices will increase by 2$ if we want to print a star behind.

ATTENTION MY DEAREST CLASSMATES!!!!!!

Okay, basically, we're going to do TWO projs for international friendship week. This can be counted towards our CIP. Please read through the details below.

1) Project U-Tune
- Each CG to create a 3-min video on their learning experiences in
i. Being a host/buddy to the Chinese scholars;
ii. Having a classmate/CCA member from a different country.
- The video would then be uploaded pm Youtube upon approval.
- The video with the most number of hits will win a prize from the Home.sg committee.


Since we are the "organizers", we do not have to do this video thingy. !e just have to watch and see which one we like and approve=D. But of course we're supposed to eliminate those with vulgarities and unappropriate materials. Mdm Ainon already created a Youtube account for us to upload it so no worries. As for the prize, Mdm Ainon will be responsible for getting it (she is trying to get a very attractive prize so people will be enthu about it). As for whether it's compulsory for every class, i have no idea. Think it's volunteer one. We're gonna make announcement to tell the whole school about this. The person/people to do it, should be yours truly and your pretty assistant CT rep x).

2) Global Flea Market
- Students and teachers will be invited to donate items they have bought on their travels.
- A booth will be set up during common lunch period on Thursday, 10April to collect the items.
- All donors will be given an acknowledgement slip indicating the item has been received and will be returned should it not be sold.
- All items will be sold on Thursday, 17April, common lunch break. These items will be tagged with colour coding to indicate price. (Eg $1 is blur, $2 yellow etc).
- Proceeds collected will be donated to UNICEF.

The donating items part, Mdm Ainon will be persuading teachers to donate more cos they have mre items and i doubt students would actually donate. Please take note of the 2 different dates and make yourselves free. Giving acknowledgement slips and indicating prices on the items would be done by us yea. Cause it's our proj so all saikang is under us. As for how to indicate the prices and what slips to use, i gotta ask Mdm Ainon then i cfm with you guys. Either through class blog or in person.

DONE! yes thank god i'm so tired. haha. If you have any questions please come and ask me. It's for our CIP so let's work hard tgt and bond as a class(:!. Have a great weekend ahead people.

we've three suggestions for our class cip so we can vote for what we like okay :D
basically, i like them all so i dont mind doing all. lol.

1) SELL FOOD ETC
-frm this we can raise funds and donate to needy causes.
-need ppl to get supplies for the food, handle logistics like pricing.
-alot of planning, looking for supplies etc.

2) OFFER HELP TO THE SPCA
-probably offer help at roadshows, go clean the pets' cages etc.
-cip focuses mainly on physical work instead of planning.

3) PLAN AN ACTIVITY FOR PRIMARY SCH KIDS
-eg stations at chinatown/little india.
-require hours for planning, one/two recce trips, bt only actually day involving the kids.
for this, gekyin brought it up that we might have trouble taking responsibility if anything goes wrong for the kids bt then in actual fact, they'll sign a concent form whereby we wouldnt hv to take resonsiblity in this case. bt if we're doing it we still gt to make effort to see that things go right. can also have other ppl to offer their help so that we can have a facilitator to every 4kids, which can make it easier everybody.
